We cannot provide same day rentals unless you are based in Gloucestershire. For next working day delivery, paperwork needs to be completed and payment made prior to 1pm the previous working day.

Delivery is 8.00am-12.00pm and collection is am or pm by courier and is available Monday to Friday. If you require a weekend rental, please state the Friday as the start date.

We have a large selection of laptops for rental you can rent from 1 – 200+ at a time, if large quantities are requested, we will need to check stock at the time of order.

The MacBook’s that we stock come with either 13.3″ or 15″ screens.

We constantly monitor our pricing to remain competitive, however; if you find a like for like quote cheaper elsewhere, we aim to match that rental price. Provide us with a copy of the quote and providing the dates and goods are identical and we have them in stock, we will adjust your quote.

Included within all our computer rental packages is free remote support, worth £12.50 +VAT per month. We are on hand to answer any of your technical questions for the length of the rental. You can contact us anytime during our working hours. We’ll act as an extension of your team, providing you with advice and guidance and helping you to get the most out of your IT.

We stock the impressive Mac workstations which are ideal for video and graphics content creation for example, in addition to iMac hire either in 21.5″ or 27″.

You can hire a desktop PC from Smart Computers for any length of time up to 3 years at which point you can change or upgrade to a newer model. We have a vast selection available allowing you to choose from a wide range of makes and models to suit your needs.

With our short-term laptop rental service, you can hire a laptop or suite of laptops from as little as one day upwards. And if you are unsure of how long you might need a rental laptop for, no problem, you can always cut the rental short, or extend the rental so you have the laptop(s)for longer. Get in touch with our friendly team and we will arrange collection by our couriers.

It is always best to plan in advance if you know you have a rental need coming up, especially if it is for 5 or more laptops. This allows us time to do the relevant checks and tests we need to do. However, we find that often the need is fairly urgent and laptops are required in the few days following an enquiry. In most cases this is absolutely fine. There is some paperwork that needs completing when you agree to a laptop rental contract from Smart, and we ask this is completed before a 1pm cut off along with payment. This allows us time to arrange the courier and offer a NEXT DAY delivery service (providing the laptop(s) you require are in stock). If you miss the 1pm cut off, the laptops can be delivered within 48 hours generally – note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Speak to the team for more guidance.

We provide 3 main types of projectors available for rental:

• Short-throw projector rental- see section below
• 3,000 lumens projectors – this is our entry level projector
• 4,000 lumens projectors – we have limited supply of 4,000 lumens projectors

We can provide you with anything from 1 iPad for 1 day to 20+ iPads for 6 months and everything in between. We have stock available to dispatch at short notice and in most cases, can deliver the very next day, providing have the correct paperwork and payment by 1pm the day before.
