“We were hosting a customer workshop in Norwich and needed the laptops for a hands-on training session with our customers in the afternoon. What a fantastic experience with Smart Computers. We were supplied with 6 laptops – all laptops were the same make and model, which helped to reduce the amount of time we spent setting them up. What can I say? While having my whole world, life and business on one laptop, it was all gone in the swipe of my dog's tail when he knocked my full cup of coffee all over my laptop. He also happens to be the most loved workshop dog ever, Cooper !!! 🐾🐾🐾 Well, I was beside myself with fear everything was gone. I blew all the coffee off with an airline but knew coffee went down inside and perhaps shortened everything, fried, knackered, kuput!! But no, Laptop Rentals came to my rescue within 30 minutes. It was a mamouth task to retrieve all the information with no guarantees but they pulled the biggest white rabbit out of the smallest hat, they are amazing. It was no mean feat, but they jumped on it straight away, no waiting and managed to download all the information overnight with some special fandango software and I was also supplied another, better laptop (sorry Will, work station) all within 30 hours.
